Place the timepiece or accessory securely in its original box, ensuring all protective films and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your drop-off receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
